CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot give you refunds or discounts if you arrive late, leave early, your flight is cancelled, any other delays or you or other people in your sphere fall sick. Any cancellations for any reason falls under this cancellation policy with no exceptions. We would love to be able to compensate for a cancellation, but as we are sure you understand, we already have reservations and costs incurred. To protect yourself we recommend you look into purchasing travel insurance.

 

IF YOU CANCEL

If you cancel 90 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive a 100% credit of the cost of the full retreat toward another of our retreats within 12 months.

 

If you cancel 90 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive: 50% credit of your payment toward another of our retreats within 12 months and will forfeit the remainder.

 

If you cancel 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, there will be no refunds or credits.

 

For you to have officially cancelled, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel.

 

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT, WE CANCEL

If we do cancel a retreat due to too few participants or force majeure, we will refund you all payments you have made to us.  We cannot compensate for airfare or other costs incurred by you. To cover the above risks, we recommend you purchase travel insurance.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

The retreat attendees are responsible for their participation and do so at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the retreat participant to ensure that they travel with the correct insurance. We undertake no responsibility for cancellations or delays caused by transportation booked by participants. The retreat leaders do not assume any practical or legal responsibility. The retreat is thus carried out on the basis of sole responsibility of the retreat participant under the terms and conditions of the retreat leaders.

 

 

TRAVEL

 

Pick-up and drop off to the airport is either included in the price or it can be arranged. It is indicated with each retreat which option you have included or excluded in the price. If the airport transfers are not included, we will put you in touch with our private concierge who can organise the transfers, flights and even your entire trip from your home to our retreat and back.

 

If you wish to stay longer on the location and explore the area, your prolonged stay can be also organised. Just let us know about your plans and we make the necessary arrangements.

 

Bohemian for a week is not responsible for your travel to and from the retreat location or any travel-related issues or delays.

 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 

I’ll be attending alone. Will I feel included?

 

We developed the Bohemian for a Week retreat in a way so that everybody is part of the group. It does not matter if you come alone or together with a friend or partner, everybody will be equally included and we make sure that everybody is feeling safe and heard.

 

I have a specific dietary requirement. Can you accommodate that?

 

We have always healthy mostly vegetarian based diet at our retreats. Let us know your requirement and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

 

Can I come with my friends or colleagues?

 

Of course. If you would like to book a retreat group of 3 or more, please email us and we make a friendly price for you.
